Boont Amber Ale is a medium bodied pale ale with a beautiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt. This very smooth and exceptionally drinkable beer is excellent with steaks, chicken, pasta, and other flavorful meals. As with all of our products, Boont Amber Ale is never sterile filtered nor heat pasteurized, and should be stored in refrigeration. However, to fully enjoy its rich and complex flavor, it should be served between 40 degrees and 45 degrees F.
This crisp and refreshing cider offers sweet apple notes up front with a subtle dryness at the finish for a balanced cider taste. A hint of Fuji apples adds a layer of complexity and brings out a fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor. Gluten Free
Food Pairings
A refreshing, elegant, tasty, moderate-strength wheat-based ale.
An intensely hoppy, very strong pale ale without the big maltiness and/or deeper malt flavors of an American barleywine. Strongly hopped, but clean, lacking harshness, and a tribute to historical IPAs. Drinkability is an important characteristic; not a heavy, sipping beer.
It showcases bright flavors and aromas of apricot, peach, mango & lemon. The lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops.
Food PairingsTwo of the world’s oldest beverages join forces to conquer your palate. Victory at Sea embodies the art of masterful brewing by infusing a velvety Imperial Porter with pure vanilla flavor and specially-selected, hand roasted coffee. The addition of cold brewed coffee to the beer lends a subtle roasted flavor to this robust imperial porter, blending perfectly with rich vanilla and caramel undertones. By uniting two San Diego brewing traditions, Caffe Calabria freshly brewed coffee and Ballast Point beer, we have successfully created an artisanal masterpiece.
American Brown Ale 6.3%
Bear Republic Brewing Co., Healdsburg, CA
Can be considered a bigger, maltier, hoppier interpretation of Northern English brown ale or a hoppier, less malty Brown Porter, often including the citrus-accented hop presence that is characteristic of American hop varieties.
This hoppy American IPA is a full bodied beer brewed American pale and crystalmalts, and heavily hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Centennial. There’s a trophy in every glass. 2009 Great American Beer Festival® American-Style Strong Pale Ale – GOLD; 2009 Colorado State Fair – Best of Show; 2006 Great American Beer Festival® American-Style Strong Pale Ale – SILVER; 2005 Great American Beer Festival® American-Style Strong Pale Ale – SILVER; 1999 Great American Beer Festival® India Pale Ale - GOLD
Food PairingsThe classic Bitburger - a mature and most agreeable beer - is brewed with the best of ingredients in the same traditional way it has been for many, many years. The result is delicately tart and pleasantly bitter - with a strong hop taste.
A refreshing, elegant, tasty, moderate-strength wheat-based ale.
Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed with a malt and hops ratio different from Budweiser for a distinctively crisp taste with fewer calories.
A premium light beer with 105 calories per 12-ounce serving.
A golden, complex, effervescent, strong Belgian-style ale.
Labatt's brew a pale ale base to which is added the unfermented but hopped Guinness wort extract. Guinness Extra Stout is brewed in Canada by Labatt under license from Arthur Guinness Son & Company.
A Baltic Porter often has the malt flavors reminiscent of an English brown porter and the restrained roast of a schwarzbier, but with a higher alcohol content than either. Very complex, with multi-layered flavors.
Like an American pale ale with more body, more caramel richness, and a balance more towards malt than hops (although hop rates can be significant).
A moderate-strength golden ale that has a subtle Belgian complexity, slightly sweet flavor, and dry finish.
This American-style Pale Ale is brewed in true California fashion. Pale golden in color with a hoppy bouquet of orange blossom, honeydew and grapefruit zest, this light to medium-bodied brew has a light, bread-like character and finishes dry, with lingering notes of green tea and passionfruit.
A golden, complex, effervescent, strong Belgian-style ale.
Made in the German “Stein Bier” tradition, this smooth, robust dark lager is brewed with the addition of glowing hot granite to the kettle. The addition of these Hot Rocks results in a vigorous “super boil” of sorts that caramelizes the sugars in the wort lending toffee, smoky caramel flavors to the beer that wouldn’t present themselves in a normal boil. The color is a deep, ruby brown with streak of red and the aroma an incredibly inviting one of dark caramel, chocolate and toffee. The flavor is a robust dark lager with layer upon layer of caramel sweetness with just enough hopiness and malt to prevent it from being cloying. The finish is sweet with toffee and cocoa notes and a faint dryness.
Characterized by soft, elegant maltiness without being overly sweet.
A moderate-strength golden ale that has a subtle Belgian complexity, slightly sweet flavor, and dry finish.
Characterized by soft, elegant maltiness without being overly sweet.
Brewed in the authentic historical style of an Imperial Russian Stout, this beer is massive. Intensely aromatic (notes of anise, black currants, coffee, roastiness and alcohol) and heavy on the palate, this brew goes where few can - and fewer dare try.
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale.
A very pale, sour, refreshing, low-alcohol wheat ale.
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale.

Standard American Lager 5.0%
Anheuser-Busch, Inc., St. Louis, MO
Very refreshing and thirst quenching.
Crisp, complex and well-rounded yet refreshing
Low gravity, low alcohol levels and low carbonation make this an easy-drinking beer. Some examples can be more malt balanced, but this should not override the overall bitter impression. Drinkability is a critical component of the style; emphasis is still on the bittering hop addition as opposed to the aggressive middle and late hopping seen in American ales.

Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck N.V., Ingelmunster, Belgium
Strongly resembles a Strong Golden Ale but slightly darker and somewhat fuller-bodied. Usually has a more rounded malt flavor but should not be sweet.
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale.
Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. 90 Minute IPA was our first continually-hopped beer, which is a method of hopping that allows for a pungent, but not crushing hop flavor. Since introducing the world to the continual-hopping method with our 90 Minute IPA, we've since released a continually-hopped 60 Minute IPA, 120 Minute IPA and even a 75 Minute IPA (a cask-conditioned blend of 60 & 90 Minute IPAs).

American IPA 8.3%
Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Paso Robles, CA
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale.
If Green Flash were founded in historical Belgium, Rayon Vert would have been our flagship brew. A bold layering of hops finds balance from traditional malts. Bottle conditioning with fresh ale yeast and Brettanomyces finishes the beer, adding a delightful effervescence, dryness and continuously evolving character. Rayon Vert is Green Flash.
Can be considered a bigger, maltier, hoppier interpretation of Northern English brown ale or a hoppier, less malty Brown Porter, often including the citrus-accented hop presence that is characteristic of American hop varieties.
In medieval times, the Knucker was the infamous water dragon that wreaked havoc on local farming communities by consuming local livestock and even villagers! This soothing serum was concocted to tame the savage beast! This new version uses a double dose of hops; American Millenium and Simcoe for bittering and flavoring followed by a 7 day New Zealand dry hopping schedule that creates a strong floral nose in the glass. Light crystal malts and american 2-row create a balanced flavor that is quite refreshing.
This DIPA is a bad ass. Straight up. It’s hoppiness isn’t just limited to the floral nose or lingering bitterness but a full hop flavor all the way through your palate. We bitter with a Apollo, and follow it up with a few flavoring additions throughout the boil. A massive dry hop of Falconer’s Flight and Nelson create a huge aroma profile that really comes through in a big way.
Like an American pale ale with more body, more caramel richness, and a balance more towards malt than hops (although hop rates can be significant).

Old Ale 9.5%
Rough Draft Brewing Company, San Diego, CA
An ale of significant alcoholic strength, bigger than strong bitters and brown porters, though usually not as strong or rich as barleywine. Usually tilted toward a sweeter, maltier balance. “It should be a warming beer of the type that is best drunk in half pints by a warm fire on a cold winter’s night” – Michael Jackson.

Belgian Dark Strong Ale 10.5%
Brouwerij St. Bernardus, Watou, Belgium
A dark, very rich, complex, very strong Belgian ale. Complex, rich, smooth and dangerous.
You'll find our Stone IPA true to style with huge hop aroma, flavor and bitterness throughout. If you're a hop head like us, you'll love our Stone India Pale Ale. Medium malt character with a heavy dose of over the top hops. Generous dry hopping gives this beer its abundant hop aroma and crisp hop flavor.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.
