Anderson Valley Hop Ottin IPA
American IPA     7.0%
Anderson Valley Brewing Company, Boonville, CA

Hop Ottin’ IPA is, just like Anderson Valley itself, easy for anyone to appreciate while offering depth and complexity for those who take the time to savor. Brilliant copper color with a lingering, lacy white head. The nose sings of grapefruit, pine needles, citron, roses, and bergamot. The flavor is rich in the citrusy, resiny flavors typical of the Pacific-Northwest hops packed into this beer, balanced artfully with a solid malt character and crisp bitterness leading to a beautifully dry, light herbal finish. More than just a hop lover’s dream, Hop Ottin’ IPA is a balanced beer for the ages.

Arrogant Bastard Ale
Specialty Beer     7.2%
Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA

This is an aggressive beer. You probably won't like it. It is quite doubtful you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality or depth. We would suggest you stick to more familiar territory - maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it's made in a little brewery, or one that implies that its tasteless fizzy yellow beer will give you more sex appeal.

Avery Ellie's Brown Ale
American Brown Ale     5.5%
Avery Brewing, Boulder, CO

This beautiful, deep russet brew has the sweet and somewhat nutty character of Adam Avery’s late (1992-2002) Chocolate Lab, for which it is named. Chocolate malt gives this beer a brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts, while subtle hopping gives it an overall drinkability that’s second to none–just like Ellie!

Coronado Idiot IPA
American IPA     8.5%
Coronado Brewing Company, Coronado, CA

It doesn't take a genius to know quality West Coast IPA's require a stupid amount of hops. A generous blend of Nugget hops and the four C's – Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus – brings forth a myriad of tropical fruit flavors and a brawny, persistent bitterness that makes for a highly intelligent brew.

Hangar 24 Local Fields Series: Essence
American IPA     8.5%
Hangar 24 Brewery, Redlands, CA

This beer is the essence of Southern California. A traditional west coast IPA with a distinct copper hue, enhanced by generous additions of navel oranges, sweet blood oranges and grapefruit, all grown in Redlands, CA. The citrus flavors and aromas intensify the zesty cascade and zythos hops to deliver a one-of-a-kind drinking experience. An invigorating beer with a pleasant, defining bitterness, perfect for warm weather.

Pizza Port Mongo Double IPA
Imperial IPA     8.5%
Pizza Port, Carlsbad, CA

A tribute beer brewed to honor the memory of our fallen solider, Columbus (a brewery kitten we knicknamed Mongo), who used each of his 9 lives in a short – but brazen – 10 months on this planet. Let’s just say the little dude lived a hard life. Only, he wasn’t so little. In fact, he was the largest of five kittens born at the brewery in 2009. Mongo was so large in fact that his brothers and sisters kicked him out of the litter. I told you dude had it rough. Description and information: Aroma – Columbus was spawned by Amarillo and Cascade, our first two brewcats, so we decided the beer should really feature a bunch of these hops. As such, there is a massive, almost unmistakeable resinous aroma in the beer created by the judicious use of Columbus, Amarillo and Cascade hops. Taste – Like most double IPA-style beers, the taste of hops that linger for days is at work in this beer. We like the way hops weave in and out of what little malt you can taste. Certainly, we brewed this as a hop-forward beer and think that after one sip you’ll agree with us.

Rough Draft Hop Therapy
Imperial IPA     9.0%
Rough Draft Brewing Company, San Diego, CA

An intensely hoppy, very strong pale ale without the big maltiness and/or deeper malt flavors of an American barleywine. Strongly hopped, but clean, lacking harshness, and a tribute to historical IPAs. Drinkability is an important characteristic; not a heavy, sipping beer.
